Mrs.Teresina Dolfi;519 Broad avenue;BelleVernon;died Monday;December 15;1947;at 2:10 p.m.;at her home;at the advanced age of 89 years. She was a member of the Mother of Sorrows Church;in Charleroi;and the Ladies Altar Society. Surviving are three daughters;Mrs.Eugene Pierallini;Mrs.Hugo Nesti and Mrs.Bert Nesti;and a son;Angelo;all of Belle Vernon. Twenty-nine grandchildren;35 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home. Five year old Charles Dziyak;son of Mr.and Mrs.Nicholas Dziyak;Belle Vernon;R.D.2;was fatally injured when he was struck by an automobile on Route 711 in the Lynnwood section of Washington Township;Fayette County;at 4:40 p.m.Wednesday;July 30;1947. He died at 5:39 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen hospital of a possible fractured skull and internal injuries. State Police said the driver of the car was Joseph Rinko;30;of Fayette City R.D.1;who was released on his own recognizance when witnesses reported the accident was unavoidable. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held in St.John The Divine Russian Orthodox Church;Monessen;Saturday;August 2;1947 at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Joseph Kreta. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
