He is survived by his wife;Virginia Dent Ferguson;two sons;Malcolm Jr.;and Shelby D.Ferguson of Monessen;one daughter;Mrs.Edwin Melenyzer of Belle Vernon;one brother;Albert Ferguson of Weirton;West Virginia;two sisters;Mrs.William Talbott of New Brighton;and Mrs.Milford Stiles of Bridgewater;Pa. and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home;and services will be held there Monday;August 1;1949;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.C.W.Campbell;pastor of the First Methodist Church of Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

Aquilla Fell of 327 Green street;Belle Vernon;died suddenly of a heart attack;Monday;May 23;1949 at 5 p.m. He was born June 19;1886. He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Edna Fell;and two brothers;John of Canton;Ohio; and Harry Worrell of Pricedale. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home. Services will be held there Thursday;May 26;1949;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Nelson Jackaway;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery. Chas.L.Melenyzer is the funeral director.

Mrs. Olivia Keefer Frampton died Friday;February 11;1949 at 2 p.m. at the home of a daughter. Surviving are two daughters and a son;Richard Frampton. Nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the Harper Memorial Chapel;where services will be held Monday afternoon;February 14;1949 at 2 p.m. with the pastor of the Methodist Church officiating.
