Park Jackman; aged 52 years; life
long resident of Speers vicinity; died
at his home yesterday; Thursday;
February 20; 1936 at 2 o’clock. He
had been failing in health for some
time. A heart ailment was the cause
of death.
Mr. Jackman was born in Long
Branch Borough. For a number of
years he had conducted a grocery
store in Speers. He was a member of Charleroi Eagles Lodge. His wife;Mrs.Chella Mary Jackman;one son;Guy;two sisters;Mrs.King Chalfant and Mrs.Charles Walters;of Speers;and one brother;Leslie Jackman in Florida;survive. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon February 23;1936;at 2 o’clock at the late home. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.Buell will be in charge of services.

Mrs. Isabelle Johnson; wife of
Mr. Robert Johnson; died suddenly Friday night;January 25;1935; at 6:30 at her home in Pricedale. Taken with a chill Sunday evening; she developed
pneumonia which caused her
death. Mrs. Johnson was born in Scotland forty-six years ago.Surviving are her husband and seven children; Agnes; Isabelle;
Thomas; James; Martha; Robert
and Florence; all at home. A
brother; James Carrick of Belle Vernon; and a father and three
sisters in Scotland; also survive.
Her mother passed away last
summer.
Funeral services will be held
Monday from the home; with Rev.
H. C. Dunn; pastor of the Union
Church in charge. Interment will
be made in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
