1945; at 6:30 a. m.; after an illness of
a year and a half.
She was born in Charleroi October
24; 1900; the daughter of Albert and
Margaret Hurley Ludwig. She was a
member of St. Jerome’s Church.
She is survived by her husband;
Paul Albert LeClercq; one daughter;
Betty Jeanne at home; and one son;
Paul Anthony; U. S. Navy; her parents; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ludwig;
one brother; Raymond Ludwig; U. S.
Army; five sisters; Mrs. Frank Brinegar of Charleroi; Mrs. Thomas Wilt
of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Charles Lang of
Port Allegany; Mrs. Anthony DiBuono of Charleroi and Miss Margaret Ludwig also of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Francis C.Slezak Funeral Home. Services will be held in St.Jerome’s Church;Saturday;October 6;1945 at 9 a.m. Father James McKeever will have charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A resident of Charleroi for 40 years;
Mrs. Rosalie LeClereq; 717 Lincoln
avenue; died in her sleep Friday morning;September;29;1944.
She was found by her husband; Leopold; about 11 o’clock and had been
dead for several hours; it was believed.
Mrs. LeClereq had been ailing for
the past ten years. She was born in
Belgium but came here when a young
woman. Her husband; one son and two
daughters survive. They include Paul;
the son; and Mrs. Jennie Waite; both
of Charleroi and Mrs. Aline Colenso;of
Pittsburgh. Four grandchildren and one great-grandchild survive. She was
a member of St. Jerome’s Church. Friends will be received at the late home. Requiem High Mass will be held in St.Jerome’s Church;Monday;October 2;1944;at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C.Slezak is the funeral director.
