Surviving the young woman are her husband;her mother;two brothers;Thomas Astle Jr.;and Harold Astle and two sisters;Mrs.Fred Rialti and Mrs.Anthony Kaziska;of Charleroi. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon February 27;1936 at 2:30 o’clock in the Nazrene Church;Stockdale;with the Rev.J.S.Maddox in charge. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

Benjamin F.Moyer;aged 85 years;well-known Belle Vernon resident for many years;died at his home in 419 Speers street;Friday;February 21;1936. Mr.Moyer had been ill for a week. Prior to that he was unusually active for his age and was known for his habit of long walks;many times walking from his home to Charleroi. Surviving are three daughters;Mrs.Alice M.Harper of Fairmont;W.Va.;Mrs.Mary Sprouse of Belle Vernon and Mrs.Minnie Wood of Cleveland;four sons;Russell and James of Belle Vernon;William of Orlando;Fla.;and Herbert of York;Pa.;and five brothers in Virginia. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon;February 24;1936;at 2:30 o’clock in his late home with Rev.Grant Slegle of the First Christian Church in charge. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

Mrs.Myers;a life-long resident of Belle Vernon and a daughter of the late Mr.and Mrs.William Kittle;pioneer settlers of the community;had been ill for three months. Services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock with interment following in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The deceased was a member of the Belle Vernon Methodist Episcopal Church and Daughters of America. She leaves her husband;and son William Myers and one sister;Mrs.Alice Lowman;all of Belle Vernon.
