Calixte Papart; aged 84 years;
died Monday; July 4;1938 at the home
of his daughter; Mis. Emile Leclercq; 665 Knox avenue. He is
survived by three daughters; Mrs.
Emile Leclercq; and Mrs. Mark
Colas of Monessen; and Mrs. Christine Moussioux; of Ohio. Twelve
grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held from
the home of Mrs. Mary Colas; 648
Knox avenue; Thursday; July 7;1938; at
2 p. m.; in charge of Rev. Raymond
Colas. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.

William Prince;aged 45 years;died in the St.Francis hospital Friday;April 9;1937;at approximately four o’clock after an illness of only a few days. Mr.Prince has lived in Fairhope the better part of his life;and has many friends there;having only moved to Belle Vernon a few years ago. The deceased is survived by his widow;Mrs.Elizabeth Prince;two daughters;Dorothy and Virginia;one brother;Samuel and one sister;Leona Atkins;and his parents;Mr.and Mrs.William Prince of Fairhope. Services were held Monday;April 12;at 2:30 p.m. from the late home on 529 Green street;Belle Vernon;with Rev.Archibald Fulton officiating;and interment followed in the Belle Vernon cemetery.

Mrs. Adelie L.Parent;aged 68 years;wife of Charles C.Parent;died Thursday evening;March 25;1937 at 6:10 o’clock at her home in 219 Meadow avenue. She had been in ill health for a period of several years. Mrs.Parent;born in Belgium on October 26;1867;came to Charleroi thirty-five years ago from her native land. Her husband came to Charleroi a year earlier to establish a home for his family. For many years the couple conducted a store and meat market at the corner of Third street and Meadow avenue. They retired from business several years ago. Mrs.Parent was a member of the former French Presbyterian Church and was a member of Charleroi Unit 22 of the American Legion Auxiliary. Her husband survives with two sons;Rene and Dr.Ferinand Parent of Charleroi;one daughter;Mrs.Walter Tarr of Belle Vernon;seven grandchildren;one brother and one sister in Belgium. The remains are at the home of her son;Dr. Fernand Parent 708 Crest avenue;where funeral services will be held Easter Sunday afternoon;March 28;1937;at 2 o’clock. Rev.D.Earl Daniels;pastor of the First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
