Jesse M.Rowe;66;of 121 Water St.;Belle Vernon;died in Greene County of a heart attack;Wednesday;November 1;1950. He died while rabbit hunting at Metal Hill;near Rogersville;with three Belle Vernon friends. Mr.Rowe’s body was found by companions who became worried when he failed to return to a lodge at the end of the day. Accompanying Mr.Rowe on the day afield were Kenneth Beazell and son Charles Beazell and John Fazio. He is survived by his wife;Della;a son Robert W.Rowe;Brownsville;two brothers;Carl of Bobtown and Guy of Scott’s Run;W.Va.;one sister Mrs.Allen Brady;Frankfort;Ky.;and one grandchild. Time of death was placed at 4:30 p.m.Wednesday;Nov.1;1950. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Saturday;November 4;1950;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.C.W.Campbell and Rev.Frank T.James. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.Melenyzer is the funeral director.
