Mrs.Margaret Spiker;nee Grant;of Fairhope;Fayette City;R.D.1;died at the home of her daughter;Mrs.Jack Kelly of Fairhope;Friday;April 13;1951;at 12:20 a.m. She was born in Washington Township;November 19;1900;and was a member of several organizations in Belle Vernon including the Women’s Benetti Association;American Legion Auxiliary;Washington Township Firemen’s Auxiliary;and the Monessen Salvation Army;at Fairhope. She is survived by her husband;Emerson Spiker;two sons;Elmer at home;Emerson;Jr.;United States Army;stationed at Camp Atterbury;Indiana;two daughters;Mrs.Jack Kelly and Mrs.Carey Harris;both of Fayette City;R.D.1 and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Monday;April 16;1951;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Major Neil Hood;Salvation Army;of Allentown. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M.McCrory and son are the funeral directors.
