William Thomas West;the 23 days old son of Mr.and Mrs.William West;of Third street;Charleroi;died at 11:20 Thursday morning Feb.17;1938;following a short illness of pneumonia. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9 o’clock;with Rev.White;pastor of the U.B.Church of this city;officiating. Interment willl follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.

Mrs.Sarah White;75 years old;died suddenly Sunday morning;February 21;1937;at 1:30 at her home in Pricedale. Mrs.White had been ailing for some years past;but her death was quite unexpected;having been in fair health lately. The deceased was born in England in 1862;and came to America forty-four years ago. She is survived by her husband;Thomas White;one son;George White;of Belle Vernon;and five daughters;Mrs.Jacob Steinmiller;Belle Vernon;Mrs.Edith Braddock;Pricedale;Mrs.Frank Smith;Pricedale;Mrs.Alice Rex;Fayette City;and Mrs.Lyle Sinsley of Frederick;Md.;nineteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from her home Wednesday;Feb.24;at 3 p.m.and will be conducted by the pastor of the Pricedale Union Church;Rev.Harold Dunn;assisted by Rev.Walter McCulloch;pastor of the Baptist Church of Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
