Joseph L. Jo Jo Heath Jr.; 45; of Monessen; died Monday; Dec. 30; 2002. He was born March 9; 1957; the son of Fannie Heath; who survives and resides in Monessen; and the late Joseph L. Heath Sr.; who went home in 1977. He graduated in 1976 from Monessen High School; where he was an all-around athlete. From there; he headed to the University of Pittsburgh; where he was on their 1976 National Championship team. Jo Jo was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round in 1980; and also played for the Philadelphia Eagles; the New York Jets; as well as Ottawa and British Columbia in the Canadian Football League. At one point; he also was a member of the USFA-Houston Gamblers and a player-coach for the Pittsburgh Gladiators of the Arena League.
