Born July 27; 1915 in Belle Vernon; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Youshock Telleck. A resident of Belle Vernon; she was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Charleroi and the Ladies Aid of the church. Mrs. Surovchak was retired from MacBeth Glass; Charleroi; where she worked as a glass designer. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; Paul and Theresa Surovchak of Belle Vernon; a daughter and son-in-law; Martha and Robert Breakwell of Belle Vernon; seven grandchildren; Michael; Mark; Susan; David and Daniel Surovchak; Rebekah Foringer and husband Randy; and Matthew Breakwell; a great-grandson; Andrew Charles Foringer; a brother and sister-in-law; Anthony and Flory Telleck of Barton; Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband; Andrew Surovchak; on Feb. 27; 1994; five brothers; William; Jack; Joseph; Nicholas and Louis Telleck; and six sisters; Christina Uhall; Mary Madzy; Eva Stranko; Rose Kossar and Julia and Lillian Telleck. Dolores Dolly Zambelli O’Toole; 90; daughter of Diego and Athalia Zambelli; died Saturday; May 21; 2005. Mrs. O’Toole had been a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Monessen and had belonged to the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Monessen. After 25 years of working for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in Monessen as a secretary in the personnel department; she retired and moved to Midlothian; Va.; to be with her two sons and daughters-in-law; Dennis and Deborah O’Toole and Terry and Nancy O’Toole. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Tim; Terrence; Patrick; erin; Amy and Casey; five great-grandchildren; Hamilton; Kaleigh; Madeleine; Emily and Ciara; and a sister; Gloria Baker of North Carolina. Charles H. Armentrout; 89; of Salt Springs; Fla.; formerly of the Mon Valley; died Monday; May 16; 2005. He was born Jan. 7; 1916 in Mineral County; W.Va.; the son of the late Baxter and May Green Armentrout. He was an employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport Plant; having started in 1934 as a craneman. Mr. Armentrout had held various positions and was an electrician in the No. 2 Hot Mill at his retirement in 1977. He is survived by his daughter; Gerry Tillman of Florida; his son; Charles Bucky Armentrout of Rostraver Township; five grandchildren; Edward Magruda; Kristina Boyd; Joelene Christman and Michael and John Armentrout; and five great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death was his wife; Vera Armentrout; who was a longtime teacher in the Charleroi School District. She was well loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Mr. Kurkosky was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II; having served with the 4th Marine Division; and he retired from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. Surviving are his brother and sister; Edward Kurkosky; of Florida; and Helen Huzela; of Dunlevy; and numerous nieces and nephews. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE IN WASHINGTON AND WAS A BOARD MEMBER OF THE BENTLEYVILLE HOLINESS ASSOCIATION. SHE ENJOYED READING;CROCHETING;AND DOING JIGSAW PUZZLES.
