She was born Nov.2;1899;in Arnold City;a daughter of the late John and Mary Surovchak. Mrs.Brindzak was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. She was past president of the Slovak Presbyterian Union;Monessen Lodge 22. A Belle Vernon resident most of her life;she was preceded in death by her husband;George Brindzak;who died March 4;1972;two brothers;John and Michael Surovchak;and four sisters;Elizabeth Buchta;Mary Sholtis;Susan YaSenka and Anna Trussa. Lydabelle Miller Breakwell;71;of Uniontown;formerly of Masontown;died Monday;Dec.20;1993. She was born Feb.11;1922;in Charleroi;a daughter and stepdaughter of the late Maude and John R.Delbarre. Ann Trembach Brizzi;of Roscoe;died Monday;Sept.20;1993;at 5:20 p.m.in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh.  Born in Pricedale;she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sophia Fekula Trembach.  A resident of Roscoe for the past 45 years; Mrs.Brizzi was Methodist by faith.  She was an obstetrics nurse at the former Charleroi-Monessen Hospital and also worked as a nurse at Pittsburgh Coal Company and Brownsville General Hospital.  She was a member of the Mon Valley Nurses Associations.  In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Elio H.Brizzi;a sister;Marcie Kelly;and a brother;Nicholas Trembach.  Surviving are a daughter;Carol Brizzi Leseman;and a grandson;Thomas E.Leseman;both of Newell;a sister Mrs.Allan (Ellen) Hamer of Belle Vernon;and five brothers;John;George and Leon Trembach;all of Lorain;Ohio;Joseph Trembach of Philadelphia and David Trembach of Indiantown;Fla.  Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Jay Moon;pastor of the United Methodist Church;Sewickley;officiating.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled by the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home.
