one daughter and son-in-law;

of Fayette City; three grandchildren;
Larry and his wife; Judy

of Milton; and Beth Ann

of Belle Vernon.

A resident of Monessen for the past 38 years;Mr.Lowe retired June 1;1975 from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;where he worked as a rigger in the mechanical department. He also served as a safety and grievance officer.
