Joseph Bartus;77;of 1006 Brown street;Belle Vernon;died at his home;Thursday;October 2;1958;at 9:30 a.m. He was born in Hungary;May 27;1881;and had been a resident of Belle Vernon for forty years. He was a member of St.Sebastian Church;and was a retired coal miner;having been last employed at the Victoria mine in Pricedale. On October 9 of this year;he and his wife would have celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
