Mrs. Elsie Beam of 839 Western avenue;Pittsburgh;formerly of Speers;died Wednesday January 26;1955;at 8:30 p.m. She was born in Speers;January 6;1888;the daughter of Hiram and Frances Davis Price. She is survived by her mother;Mrs.Frances Price of Dunlevy;one brother;Jesse of Twilight;three sisters;Margaret of West Virginia;Mrs.Orpha O’Neil of Vestaburg and Mrs.Mary Jacobs of Dunlevy. Friends will be received at the Eckert Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Saturday;January 29;1955;at 2 p.m.in charge of Rev.Robert McClune of the Roscoe Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Ruth Eckert is the funeral director.
