Friends ware being received at the McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City where prayer service will be held at 8:30 a.m. followed by Divine Liturgy at 9 a.m. in Holy Trinity Orthodox Church;Charleroi with the Rev.John Kluchko;celebrant. Born in Connellsvville July 7;1883;he had lived in several Valley towns since age six. Mr.Bell was a member of carpenters Union No.1563;of which he had been president for a number of years. He had worked as a carpenter for Brownsville Construction Co.;retiring in 1955. Surviving are his widow;Dorothy Winnett Bell;two grandchildren;Richard Bell of Mt.Lebanon and William L.Bell of Denver;Colo.;four great-grandchildren;a brother;Samuel of Belle Vernon.
