Monessen; Steve Cmar of Fayette City and Edward Andrew Cmar of Charleroi; and four granddaughters. Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral Home; Inc.; 1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen; from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  Blessing services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 a.m.; followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St.Leonard’s Catholic Church;Monessen; with the Rev. Henry P. Dinicco as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at the

Joseph E.Cope of Fayette City R.d.1;died Sunday;May 8;1977;at 8 a.m.at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was 59. Mr.Cope was born March 11;1918 in Washington Twp.;a son of the late John and Rozalia Yonkus Cope. He was a retired construction worker and was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S.Army.
