She was preceded in death by

Charles H.’Chuck Quinn;87;of Rostraver Township;peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday morning;Feb.1;2001. He was born Sept.2;1913;in Star Junction;Pa.;the son of the late John Nicol and Sara Fazenbaker Quinn. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a daughter;Edith I.Monack;a son;Charles E.Quinn;three sisters;Isabel Nauman;Gladys Sullenberger and Velma Quinn;and three brothers;James;Robert and Ellsworth. Chuck;a devoted husband;will be greatly missed by his loving wife;Agnes Rodebaugh Quinn. They have been married for 69 years and would have celebrated their 70th anniversary on June 16th. He also leaves behind a loving and devoted daughter;Janice Sarber and her husband;Lanny;a son-in-law;Ronald A.Monack; and a daughter-in-law Joanne Quinn. Pap is also survived by eight grandchildren;Kelly Broadwater;Ginger Sarber;Sherri Sarber;Ronald Monack;Lorri Jo Demer;C.Michael Quinn;Robert Quinn and Tamara Quinn;five great-grandchildren;Megan Monack;Ronald Patrick Monack;Kim Picchiarini Pallo;Amber Picchiarini and Jared Quinn;a great-great-grandchild;Trey Gaven Pallo;and three brothers;Kenneth of Charleroi;Lester of Washington;Pa.;and Harold of Chambersburg. After retirement;Chuck and Agnes made their home in St.Cloud;Fla.;from 1982 until returning to Pennsylvania in January 1999. Chuck loved his Florida home and spent countless hours maintaining and improving his home;yard;and a perfectly organized tool shed. When his snowbird neighbors came north for the summer;Chuck cut their grass and kept an eye on their homes. He loved being a Good Samaritan . While living in Pennsylvania;he was an active charter member and officer of the Rostraver Lions Club. He has been a member of Pricedale Union Church since 1933. During that time;he served as a deacon;assistant Sunday School superintendent and taught an adult Bible Class. Family and friends will be received at the JAMES C.STUMP FUNERAL HOME;580 Circle Drive;Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Township from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. A service of Christian Burial will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 11 a.m.with Pastor James Mimidis of Pricedale Union Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edna Zadrozny;97;of Sewell;N.J.;formerly of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;died Monday;Jan.29;2001;in Kennedy Hospital in Sewell. She was born Dec.4;1903;in Washington Township;a daughter of the late Adam and Mary Alexander Szychowski. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Monessen. She was predeceased by her husband;Andrew Zadrozny;in 1980;a son;Anthony Zadrozny in 1990;two daughters;Eleanor Colas and Florence Kutska;four brothers;Andrew;Frank;Stanley and Joseph;and a grandson;Edward Zadrozny. Surviving is her daughter;Pauline Ruskiewic and husband Walter of Sewell;N.J.;a brother;Felix Sohasky;and a sister;Jeannette Hussar;both of Perrysburg;Ohio;11 grandchildren;17 great-grandchildren;and five great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME;INC.;334 Main Street;Fayette City on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 9:30 a.m.when a blesssing service will take place followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Epiphany of Our Lord Church;Monessen.
