2:45 a.m. in Magee Women’s
Hospital; Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Johnson; who resided at
142 Highland Terrace; Donora;
was born April 21; 1926; in
New Eagle; a. daughter of
the late Richard and Stella
Stewart.
She was a 1944 graduate of
Donora High School.
Her mother; Mrs. Stella Stewart;
died Oct. 6; 1961; and her
father; Richard Stewart; died
on Feb. 16; 1969.
She is survived by her husband;
Herbert Hoover Johnson;
three sons; Dwight Stewart of
Anchorage; Alaska; Eugene
Stewart of Monessen; and Darrell
Johnson of Donora; one
daughter; Mrs. Hope Stewart
Beatty of Duquesne; one sister
Mrs. Marian Dow of Donora
one niece; Mrs; Gloria Walker
of Baltimore; Md.; four
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Friends will be received at
the Percy E. Law Jr. Funeral
Home in Donora; after 7
p.m. on Sunday. Services will be
held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.David Carter;an evangelist from Pittsburgh;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Percy E.Law Jr.is funeral director in charge.
