Ollie Jones;74;of 1410 Schoonmaker Ave.;Monessen;died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital;Monday;May 29;1967;at 5:05 a.m. He was born in Tennessee Aug.1;1893;and had resided in Monessen since 1919. He was retired from the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a World War I veteran. He is survived by one brother James (Goldie) Jones of Monessen and one sister;Maude Grisson of Monessen. Born on July 8;1901;in Mathews;Ala.;she came to Pennsylvania in 1925 and had lived in Belle Vernon 38 years. Mrs.Maddox was a member of Mt.Hebron Baptist Church at Lendale Terrace;near Grindstone;and Star of Bethlehem Chapter 34 of the Eastern Star;Monessen. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church of Belle Vernon.
