Guido (Tato) Mazzei;74;of 22 Adams street;Belle Vernon;died in the West Penn hospital;Pittsburgh;Thursday;October 9;1958;at 11:30 a.m. He was born in Italy;March 13;1884;and had been a resident of Belle Vernon forty-two years. In 1949;he retired from the employ of the American Window Glass company. He was a member of the Garibaldi Beneficial Society of Dunlevy and the Prince of Naples;Italian Beneficial Society of Belle Vernon. Survivors are two cousins;Mrs.Carlo Pesi and Joseph Mazzei of Belle Vernon;and a niece and nephew in Italy. He had worked as a motor inspector at the Monessen Plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Co.until four years ago;when he retired. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Monessen. Preceded in death by his wife;Mrs.Jeanette Burns Matheny who died five years ago;he is survived by two daughters;Mrs.Samuel (Marian) Simon of Monessen and Mrs.William (Mae) Bailey of Belle Vernon R.D.2 and a son;Clarence of Monessen.
