Mrs.Anna Lahey McCahill of 315 First St.;Monessen;died in Monongahela Memorial Hospital Monday;June 30;1969;at 5:50 p.m. She was admitted to the hospital a week ago. Mrs.McCahill;before retirement had worked 35 years as a Bell Telephone operator. She was a member of St.Leonard R.C.Church;Monessen;and Bell Telephone Pioneers. Born in Pittsburgh;she was a daughter of the late Edward J.and Ellen Horan Lahey. Surviving are her husband;John:four sisters;Mrs.John (Mary) Tormay;Catherine and Nellie Lahey;all of Monessen;and Mrs.K.W.(Agnes) DeRousse of Bethel Park;a brother;Edward of Monessen;several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.July 1 at the Rhome Funeral Home;Monessen. Mrs.Louisa R.Muir;83;of North Lima;Ohio;formerly of Belle Vernon;died suddenly at her home on Thursday May 15;1969 at 6 a.m. Her husband was the late Louis P.Muir. Surviving ara a son;Lester of North Lima;with whom she made her home;two sisters;Mrs.Lawrence (Laura) Peroney of Greenock;Pa.;and Mrs.Lena Cornell of Whitehall Borough.
