Rocco Petitto;69;of 512 Green street;Belle Vernon;died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital;September 29;1959;at 2 a.m. Mr.Petitto had been a Belle Vernon merchant for many years. He was a member of the Sons of Italy lodge;the Belle Vernon Musical Society;and the Prince of Naples lodge of Belle Vernon. Surviving are two brothers;Joseph of Belle Vernon;Patsy of Detroit;and one sister;Mrs.Rose Spina in Italy. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem high mass will be sung in St.Sebastian Church;October 1;at 10 a.m. in charge of Rev.Andrew King;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery. In addition to his parents;he is survived by three brothers;John T.;George W.and Robert D.;and one sister;Rose Marie. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home.
