Mrs.Blanche Borne;aged 50 years;wife of Leon Borne;died suddenly at her home in Third street;Sunday morning;February 3;1929;at 8 o’clock. Mrs. Borne had been a resident of Charleroi for the past twenty years and was well acquainted in the community. Besides her husband she leaves one son;Frederick;at home. Funeral services will be held at the home of Marshall Borne;311 Crest avenue;Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock with interment to take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

John E.Barron; a resident of Jeannette for the past 15 years;died Sunday morning at 11 o’clock in the Westmoreland hospital following an illness of 10 weeks;aged 53 years. He had been a patient in the hospital for three weeks. Mr. Barron was a member of the Baptist church;the Masonic fraternity;Knights Templar;Bellevernon Lodge of Odd Fellows and the Jeannette Acacia club. He worked at his trade as glass cutter for many years but recently had been manager of a Butler store at Arlington. Surviving are his widow and one uncle;John Courtney of Bellevernon. The body was brought to the home of Mr.and Mrs. E.W.Copper;No.1 Magee avenue;where it will remain until Tuesday morning when it will be removed to his former home in Bellevernon. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the home of Mrs.Baron’s brother-in-law;L.W.Corwin;531 Speer street;Bellevernon. The interment will follow in the Bellevernon cemetery.
