Frank A.Driesen;aged 69 years;died at his late home in 842 Brown street;Belle Vernon;at six o’clock last evening;Monday September 29;1941;after an illness of two weeks. Mr.Diesen leaves his wife;Mrs.Marie Augustine Driesen;two daughters;Mrs.Ralph Weight of North Charleroi and Mrs.Joseph Hayduk Jr.of Belle Vernon R.D.2;two sons;Rene at home and George of Belle Vernon and one brother in Belgium. Friends are being received at the late home where funeral services will be held Thursday;October 2;at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.E.G.Sloan;Presbyterian minister;will officiate. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.

Mrs. Ada Mae DeSellems; aged 71
years; died at her home in Lock Four;R. D. 1; at 12:10 a. m. Tuesday; December 10; 1940 after a lingering illness.
The deceased is survived by six
daughters; Mrs. Albert Wilson; of Charleroi; Mrs. Sarah McCreary; of
Pittsburg; Mrs. Marie Lewis; of Lock Four; Mrs. Evelyn Miller; of Monessen. Mrs. Eva Fleming; of North Charleroi and Miss Aline DeSellems at
home; seven sons; John R.. James and
Fred; of North Charleroi; Walter; Owen and Henry; at home; and Robert of
Lock View.
Thirty grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the home where funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon;December 12;1940;at 2 o’clock in charge of Rev.F.S.Montgomery;pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director in charge.

Frank Delestienne;aged 73 years;died at his late home in 6817 Kinsley avenue;Detroit;Michigan;at 4:50 p.m.;Saturday;November 30;1940 following a lengthy illness. Mr.Delestienne previous to moving to Detroit;eleven years ago;resided in North Charleroi. He was a member of the La Maruelle Society of Charleroi and the Citizen’s Club of North Charleroi. He leaves his wife;Mrs.Josephine Delestienne;two daughters;Mrs.George Vandrome and Mrs.Emil Barbiaux of Detroit;three sons;Amie and Emile Delestienne of North Charleroi and Herman at home in Detroit;one brother;Emile Delestienne of Ford City;one sister;Mrs.Amy Emplit of North Charleroi;and ten grandchildren. The remains have been returned to the home of a son;Emile Delestienne;710 Seventh Street;North Charleroi;where funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon;December 3;1940;at 3 o’clock. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.Melenyzer is the funeral director in charge.
