Lawrence Morris;aged 18 years;son of Adam Morris;died very suddenly at his home in North Belle Vernon on Friday evening;December 23;1918.  The young man was sitting on a chair preparing to go out in town;when he suddenly fell over.  When  his parents reached him it was found he was dead.  About 15 weeks ago the boy was hurt in the Pittsburg Steel mill at Monessen;since which time he has not been working;going about on crutches.  Funeral services will be held sometime on Monday;Dec.23;1918.

Margaret Ann Morgan; 51; of Belle Vernon died August 3; 1918 at her home. She was born in England May 27; 1867. Duaghter of John and Margaret Walker Smith. Surviviors include her husband Joseph daughter Elizabeth and sons John and Herbert. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by infant daughter Margaret. Charles Melenyzer was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
