Robert Ross;aged 81 years;died Monday evening;November 13;1916;at 5 o’clock; following an illness of several months.  He is survived by his wife and two sons;John and Samuel;both of Monessen.  Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon;November 16;1916; from his late home near Dutchtown;with interment in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The deceased was one of the pioneer residents of Rostraver Township.

Mrs.Mary Reeves;familiarly known as Aunt Polly ;died on Saturday;April 10;1909;at the home of her son-in-law;Samuel Ross.  She was 97 years old.  Funeral services were held Monday morning;April 12;1909 and interment made in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
