Ramona Jones Gelotti, 94, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026. A daughter of the late Sylvester Jones and Edith Malpezzi Jones Varella, she was born May 2, 1932, in Gallatin. Graduating from Monongahela High School in 1950, Ramona worked in the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., the former Liggett Spring and Axle Co. of East Monongahela and the Mon Valley Independent of Monessen. She belonged to Thursday afternoon card club for over 60 years. She loved baking, family gatherings, and going to The Meadows Casino. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Neil and Lillian Gelotti of Fayette City; five grandchildren, Paul Wrigley Jr. (Tracy) of Pittsburgh, Lauren Childs (Terry) of Belle Vernon, Lisa Gelotti of Pittsburgh, Renee Spangenberg (Randy) of Kissimmee, Fla., and Ashia Dalton of Charleroi; seven-great grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; and a sister, Lorraine Biddle of Jupiter, Fla. She is also survived by many wonderful nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Gelotti on Oct. 14, 2016; a daughter, Michelle Wrigley; two step-daughters, Rosemary Weaver and Kathy Dalton; two granddaughters, Jamie Chacko and Bethany Wrigley; two sisters, Dolores Pasini and Sylvia Wall; a son-in-law, Paul Wrigley; and two half-sisters and two half-brothers. Visitation took place from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2026, at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-9295300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeandCrematory. com.
