Zora Shelby Kostelac; 87; of Belle Vernon; died Friday; April 12; 2002; in Mt. Macrina Manor; Uniontown. She was born Jan. 31; 1915; in Versailles; Pa.; the daughter of the late John and Luba Shelleby. Mrs. Kostelac was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. She was preceded in death by her husband; Paul Kostelac; in 1989; and one son; George P. Kostelac; in 1974. Survivors include her children; Charles P. Kostelac of Georgia; Reginald A. Kostelac of Charleroi; Kenneth L. Kostelac of Belle Vernon; Shelby L. Kostelac of Monongahela; Zora Tiernan of Fairhope and Alice P. Reday of Mechanicsburg; 23 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 9:30 a.m.; when a blessing service will take place. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in Holy Spirit R.C. Church; Fayette City; with the Rev. Fr. Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
