William T. Oliver; 64; of 416
Jacob St.; Belle Vernon; Washington Township; died Wednesday; Oct. 11; 2000; at 8:37 a.m.
in Mon Valley Hospital. He was
born March 18; 1936; in Beckley; W.Va.; a son of the late ltd
and Lucy Phillips Oliver. Mr.
Oliver was a resident of Washington Township the past 35
years and was a member of St.
Sebastian Roman Catholic
Church of Belle Vernon. He was
a retired supervisor from Fruehauf Corp. in Uniontown. An
U.S. Army veteran; he was a
member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 and the
VFW Belle Vernon Area Post
699. Mr. Oliver formerly served
on the board of directors at the
Center on the Hill. Survivors
include his wife; Margarcta
Krabichlcr Oliver; a son and
daughter-in-law; Susan and
John Diamond of Duncdin;
Fla.; one brother; James Oliver
of Titusville; Fla.; and one sister; Phyllis Huffman of Forest;
Va. In addition to his parents;
he was preceded in death by
three sisters. Friends will be
received Thursday from 7 to 9
p.m. in the LEONARD J.
PARZYNSKI FUNERAL
HOME; family owned and operated; 626 Broad Avc.; Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be
held Friday at 10 a.m. in the
funeral home; with the Rev.Donald P.Trexler;Parochial Vicar;as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 will hold services in the funeral home Thursday at 7 p.m. The VFW Belle Vernon Area Post 699 will hold services Thursday at 7:30 p.m.in the funeral home.
