Obituary

William S. Frezzell,49,of 835 Schoonmaker Ave.,Monessen,died in Montefiore Hospital,Pittsburgh,Sunday, Jan. 24,1965 at 1 a.m. after a short illness.  Mr Frezzell was employed in the open hearth department of the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of Union Baptist Church and the Gospel Chorus of the church. Born in Springfield, Tenn.,April 3,1915,he was a Monessen resident for the past 33 years. Surviving are his widow, Maeola; a daughter, Marlene at home;four sisters, Mrs. Genora Stone of Indianaplis, Ind.,Mrs. Susie Scott and Mrs. Ida Belle Amorine,both of Monessen and Mrs. Elizabeth Jennings of Minneapolis, Minn.;five brothers, Charles and Loveless of Springfield,Tenn.,Claude and Thomas of Monessen and Edward of Milkwaukee, Wis. Friends are being received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Service Wednesday,Jan. 27,at 11 a.m. in Union Baptist Church,Monessen,with the Rev. D.D. Chatman,pastor, in charge.  Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Beverly C. Draper,funeral director.
