Born in North Charleroi;Aug.14;1951;he was a son of William Titler Sr.;who died in 1981;and Eleanor Dakas Titler;who died in 1969. Mr.Titler was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon. He was a former employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel;Allenport plant;where he worked as a craneman. Surviving are a sister;Mrs.Michael (Linda) Jones of Richmond;Va.;and several aunts and uncles including Jack Dakas of Belle Vernon;Louise Titler of Charleroi and Mrs.Irene Zuro of Belle Vernon. Friends are being received today;Tuesday;from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday until 3 p.m.;the time of funeral service at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.Mary Howard;pastor of the Marion Presbyterian Church;officiating.
