Surviving are his wife;Ruth Hency Roe;two sons;Pvt.Gene Roe;stationed in Europe;Wade V.Roe at home;three daughters;Donella and Rita Ann at home;and Mrs.William Tomer of Monessen;one brother;Charles Roe of Detroit;Michigan;five sisters;Mrs.Mary Jane Jones and Mrs.Margaret Kritz of Shawnee;Ohio;Mrs.Harry Carney of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Roddie Bush and Mrs.Blanche Binley of Pricedale;and two gandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home. Services will be held there Monday;August 31;1953;at 2 p.m.;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
