Mr.Perney retired this year after 26 years of service as a railroader for the Monessen-Southwestern Railroad of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Surviving are his widow;Goldie Nolan Perney;four daughters;Mrs.William (Gladys) Lamey of Monessen;Mrs.Elmer (Mary) Spiker of Fairhope;Mrs.Robert (Verna) Hibbs of Tarpin Springs;Fla.;Mrs.Clarence (Clara) Wiltz of Charleroi;four sons;Stanley and Henry of Belle Vernon;Russell of Donora;twenty-three grandchildren;four brothers;Lawrence Peroney of Greenoak;Pa.;Humbert Peroney and Frank Peroney;both of Belle Vernon;John Perney of Pittsburgh;three sisters;Mrs.Ida Boucherle and Mrs.Grace Ferguson;both of Youngstown;Ohio;and Mrs.Elmeda Nichols of Fayette City. Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m.Monday and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.Tuesday.
