William Picchiarini;92;of 625 Green St.;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;May 6;1970;at 11:10 a.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mr.Picchiarini;who was born in Popiglio;Italy;had lived in Belle Vernon since 1902. He retired in 1952 from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr.Picchiarini was a member of St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;its Holy Name Society;Garibaldi Lodge of Dunlevy and Market St.Italian Beneficial Society;Belle Vernon. Surviving are his widow;Anna Lotti Picchiarini;three sons;Aldo L.of Belle Vernon;Elmo B.of Monessen;Ilvo of Belle Vernon;a daughter;Mrs.George (Delma) Bindi of Monessen;eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.May 7 at Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon. Prayer service there Saturday;May 9;at 10 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;at 10:30 a.m. The Very Rev.Martin J.O’Toole;pastor;will officiate.
