William M. Fulmer; 86; of Fayette City (Jefferson Township); died Wednesday; Sept. 14; 2005; in Mon Valley Hospital Inc. He was born July 17; 1919; in Rich Hill; a son of the late Edward and Mary Coffee Fulmer. He was a member of Little Redstone Presbyterian Church; Fayette City; and a veteran of World War II; having served with the U.S. Army. Mr. Fulmer was retired from General Motors; Fisher Body Plant. He is survived by his wife; Gertrude Austin Fulmer; two daughters and sons-in-law; Ilona and James Yenesky and Dixie and Peter Logoda; all of Florida; four sons and daughters-in-law; Emmett and Sally Mankin; of Florida; Jerry and Yvonne Mankin; of Michigan; and Leslie and Debbie Mankin and Donald and Marie Mankin; all of Belle Vernon; five grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday; Sept. 17; until 11 a.m.; the hour of service with the Rev. Karen Willis officiating. Interment will be private for the family.
