William L. Stasicha of 316 Woodland Ave.,Charleroi,died Friday at 7 p.m. at his home following a lingering illness. He was 76. Mr. Stasicha was born March 26,1907,in Roscoe,a son of the late Matthew and Sophia Fiffick Stasicha. A retired employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation's Allenport Plant,he was a member of the Belgium Club of Charleroi. Survivors include his widow,Dorothy Alexander Stasicha;three daughters,Mrs. Joseph (Wilma) Parks of Irondale,Ala.,Mrs. Thomas (Judith) Monack of Speers Hill and Mrs. Evelyn Jarvis of Charleroi;four brothers,David,Carl and James Stasicha,all of Charleroi,and Robert Stasicha of Monessen;two sisters,Ann Litz of Charleroi and Elizabeth Peters of Fort Lauderdale,Fla.,and seven grandchildren. There will be no public viewing and funeral services will be private. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
