William J.Rainey;age 60 years;of Pricedale;died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital;Sunday;August 18;1946;at 8:15 a.m.;after an illness of six years. He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Lula Rainey;three daughters;Mary Lou and Florence Lee at home;Mrs.Douglas Carpenter of Connecticut;his mother;Mrs.Mary A.Rainey;and one brother;George Rainey of Pricedale. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Wednesday;August 21;1946;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.C.F.Barchell of Belle Vernon and Rev.Olive of Webster. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
