He was born in Versailles on Aug.28;1911;and had been employed as a custodian at Washington National Episcopal Cathedral;Washington;D.C.;until about six months ago when he became ill. Surviving are two sons;William J.Posic Jr.of Cleveland;Ohio and Thomas M.Posic of Arlington;Va.;three daughters;Mrs.Daniel (Winnifred) Praskavech of Parma;Ohio;Mrs.Lewis (Rosalie) Crow of Cleveland;Ohio and Mrs.Shawn (LuAnn)Hopson of Arlington;Va.;two brothers;Joseph Posick and Matthew Posick;both of Fairhope;six sisters;Mrs.Fred Krieger of Kensington;Md.;Winifred Bell of Florida and Mrs.Albert Hasco;Mrs.Katherine Billy;Mrs.Rose Salotti and Virginia Posick;all of Washington;D.C.and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;after 7 pm.Saturday where Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home Monday at 9:30 a.m.followed by Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m.at Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Stephen J.Drab;pastor;officiating.
