William J.Black;76;of Allenport;who suffered a heart attack at his home;was pronounced dead on arrival at the Charleroi-Monessen hospital;Thursday;December 11;1958;at 4:45 p.m. He was born in Scotland;February 22;1882;and was a retired employee of the Allenport plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Company. He was a member of the Clan Grant #215;Donora. He is survived by his wife;Mabel Black;one son;Albert of Allenport;two brothers;James of Sarver;Pa.;and Donald of Monaca;and one granddaughter. Friends wil be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Services will be held there December 15;1958;at 2:30 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Lester Crum of the Dunlevy E.U.B.Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The George M.McCrory and Son Funeral Home is in charge.
