William James Gregor of Belle Vernon R.D.5,died suddenly Monday, April 20,1981,at 5:05 p.m. upon admission to Mon Valley Hospital. He was 63. Mr. Gregro was born February 15,1918,and had resided in Monessen most of his life until 15 years ago when he moved to Belle Vernon R.D.5. He had been employed at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel's Allenport Plant in the accounting department until his retirement one year ago. A Protestant by faith,Mr. Gregor had never married. He was a member of BPOE 773 and the Ukranian Literary Association,both of Monessen,and the Fayette Beagle Club of Fairhope. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Anna Becker Stark,with whom he resided;two brothers,Donald Gregor of Belle Vernon R.D.2 and Edward Gregor of Farmington,Mich.;two step-brothers,Jay Stark of Belle Vernon and George Stark of Monessen;two half-brothers,Clifford Stark of Fontana,Calif.and Charles Stark of Belle Vernon; and two sisters,Mrs. Rupert (Dorothy Jean) Marshall and Mrs. Hugo (Eleanor) Nahi,both of Monessen. Friends will be received in the Rhome Funeral Home,Inc.,Monessen,on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home,Thursday,April 23,at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home,Inc.,is in charge of arrangements.
