Obituary

William J.McCullough,60,of 110 Thompson Ave.,Donora,died Sunday,Jan.19,1969,at 10:45 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital.  Born in Rostraver Twp.,Westmoreland County,Oct.17,1908,he had lived in Donora since 1949.  Mr.Mccullough retired in 1960 as an engineer on Donora Southern Railroad.  A son of the late Hugh and Louise Sickles McCullough,he attended United Methodist Church,Donora,was a member of Free and Accepted Masons Lodge 626,Donora,Valley of Coudersport Consistory and Fraternal Order of Eagles,Donora Aerie.  He is survived by two brothers, Harry of Belle Vernon and Bert of Lynnwood; two sisters, Mrs. Erma Weaver of North Charleroi and Mrs. Naomi Kearns of  Los Angeles, Calif.and several nephews and nieces. Friends will be received at the Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home, Donora, from 7 to 10 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday.  Service there Wednesday,Jan.22,at 2 p.m.with the Rev.Robinson,pastor of United Methodist Church of Donora,officiating.  Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Service conducted by Donora F.&A.M. Lodge 626 will take place at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Jan.20.  Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home in charge.
