Obituary

William H. Kramer,Jr. of Belle Vernon,died Saturday,July 17,1982 at 10:47 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital.  He was 54. Mr. Kramer was born Aug. 5,1927,in Newport, Ky.,a son of the late William H. Kramer, Sr.and Ann Kuklar Moser,who survives and resides in Carmichaels,Pa. He retired in June of 1982 from employment with the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation.  Mr. Kramer had lived most of his life in the Belle Vernon area.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.  Mr. Kramer was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fayette City,the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club,and the Gummert Lodge No. 252,F & AM of Fayette City.  Surviving,in addition to his mother,are his wife, Charlotte Doyle Kramer,at home;two sons, William H.Kramer,III of Belle Vernon,and James L. Kramer of Fayette City;three daughters, Mrs. Jack (Sandra) Halinka of Monessen,Mrs. Phillip (Bonnie) Shetterly of Jefferson Twp. and Tracy R. Kramer of Belle Vernon;one sister, Mrs. Kirby (Carolyn) Manown of Belle Vernon and three grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home,with Pastor Jack A. Evert of the Lynnwood Lutheran Church,officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
