William H. Byron,aged 59 years,died suddenly Sunday,Dec.22,1946,at 1:05 a.m.,of a heart attack. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church;a past matron of Belle Vernon Lodge 643 Free and Accepted Masons;a past High priest of Monessen Royal Arch Chapter 290,and a member of McKean Commandery Knights Templar,of Charleroi. Surviving are his wife,Mrs. Alice Byron;two sons, Donald E. and Dwaine K.,and a daughter,Roberta,all at home,five brothers, John,James,Edward and Harry,all of Monessen,and Robert,of Blairsville;three sisters,Mrs. William Jodon and Mrs. Peter Horne,of Monessen,and Mrs. Glenn Mills,of Lynnwood. Friends will be received at the home Tuesday,December 23 until Thursday,December 26 when the body will be taken to Trinity Episcopal Church for services at 10 a.m. Interment,Belle Venon Cemetery.
