William F. Lippencott of 436 Clarendon Ave.,Monessen,died Wednesday, July 11,1984,in his home. He was 75. Born Jan.1,1909,he was the son of the late L. Cora Logan Brown and Samuel Lippencott. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian R. Lippencott in 1964. He was a retiree of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Surviving are two sons, Jefferson F. Lang of Republic and Francis G. Lippencott of Washington,D.C.; one grandson,Jefferson Lang Jr.;five brothers, Robert Stamter of the state of Indiana,Elias Lippencott of the state of California,Herbert Lippencott of Monessen, Howard Lippencott of Virginia and Chancey Lippencott of Maryland;four sisters, Edna Offut of the state of Indiana,Betty Ross of Monessen, Dolores Brown of Belle Vernon,and Doreath Lippencott of Belle Vernon;one anut,Geraldine Allen of Monessen and several nieces,nephews and cousins. There was no public viewing. A memorial service will be held at the Beverly Draper Funeral Home,Monessen,on Saturday at 1 p.m.
