William Edwin Kibler Jr.of Fallowfield Township;R.D.1 (Charleroi) died Thursday;Jan.9;1986 at 1:48 a.m.in Jefferson Center Hospital;Jefferson Borough. He was 66. Mr.Kibler was born Sept.19;1919;in North Charleroi;a son of the late William and Hila Cupp Kibler Sr. He retired in 1981 as an employee of the Charleroi Plant of Corning Glass Works. Mr.Kibler was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Charleroi;the Charleroi VFW Post No.167;the Charleroi Sportsmen’s Club;and the Corning Retirees’Association;Charleroi. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife;Jane Collins Kibler;a daughter;Carol Kibler;two brothers;Paul E.and Donald E.Kibler;both of Charleroi;a granddaughter;Amie Pivarnik;two nieces;three nephews;and cousins. Friends will be received in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home;with the Rev.Francis M.Blair;pastor;The Presbyterian Church of Charleroi;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery;Belle Vernon;Pa. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.;is in charge of arrangements.
