William E.Pritchard;Homewood Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;March 3;1979;at 8:15 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. He was 57. Born Oct.21;1921 in New Eagle;he was the son of the late Thomas and Emma Pearson Pritchard. Mr.Pritchard had lived in Belle Vernon the last 31 years. Mr.Pritchard was employed as a supervisor at Gould;Inc.;South Greensburg at the time of his death. He was a former supervisor at Corning Glass Works in Charleroi and the Combustion Engineeing Inc.;of East Monongahela. He was a veteran of World War II having served with the U.S.Army. Mr.Pritchard is survived by his widow;Anne Pohlot Pritchard;one daughter;Mrs Jay (Patricia) Angeline of Rector;three brothers;Alvin and Earl Pritchard;both of New Eagle and Raymond E.Pritchard of East Monongahala and three sisters;Miss Jennie Pritchard and Mrs.Frank Coppi;both of New Eagle and Mrs.Mae Manes of Youngstown;Ohio; Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.in the funeral home with the Rev.Charles Colas;pastor of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
