William Dias;76;of house 84;Pricedale;died in Brownsville General Hospital Wednesday;Feb.12;1964;at 5:35 p.m. after a lengthy illness. Mr.Dias;who was a retired coal miner;was a member of the Church of God in Christ of Pittsburgh. He was born in Jasper County;Miss.;Sept.10;1887. Surviving are his widow;Julia Ruth Dias;one step-son;Junius of Pittsburgh;one sister;Mrs.Nellis Horne in the state of California;eight step-grandchildren;and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;until 11 a.m.Saturday;Feb.15;when the body will be taken to Antioch Baptist Church;Belle Vernon;to lie in state until time of service at 1 p.m. Elder J.H.Stevenson and Elder J.E.Bass will officiate.
