He was born July 21; 1927; in
Monessen; a son of the late David W.
and Claire Smith Pritchard.
He was employed as a stocker
for 43 years with Thomas Steel
Corp. He was a graduate of
Monessen High School. He was a
resident of Warren since 1966.
He was a member of the Bethel
Baptist Church and the United
Steelworkers Local 3523. A U. S.
Army and Navy veteran; he
served during World War II. On
Feb 17; 1964; he married the
former Mary O’Hara; who
survives.
In addition to his wife; he is
survived by two sons; Michael
Pritchard of Columbus; Ohio;
and William D Pritchard Jr of
Warren; Ohio; one daughter;
Becky DiPaolo of Warren; Ohio;
and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son;Jimmy Pritchard.
