William C.Kitto Jr.;80;of Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Township;died Thursday;Feb.4;1999;at 10:15 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Born May 13;1918;in Monessen;he was a son of the late William C.Kitto Sr.and Mary Catherine Galbreath Kitto. He was Protestant by faith. Formerly of Belle Vernon;Mr.Kitto had resided in Rostraver Township since 1971. He was retired from Monessen Southwestern Railroad. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Dorothy Drew Pender Kitto;on Sept.29;1998. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law;Carol and James Kubalinski of Sweeney Plan;and one sister-in-law;Lucy Pender of Sweeney Plan;with whom he made his home. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.S.Miles McConnell;pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
