William Charles McGinty of 911 Lincoln avenue,Charleroi,died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital, Sunday,.October 4,1953,at 4:50 p.m.,after an illness of several days. William was born in Charleroi,April 16,1943,the son of William and Mary Walker McGinty. He attended Charleroi schools and was a member of St. Jerome's Church. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Walker McGinty,one brother, John of Charleroi;three sisters,Mrs. Janet Hatton,Mrs. Mary Ann Savarno,and Mrs. Joyce Hewitt, all of Charleroi. His father died suddenly eight months ago. Friends will be received at the Francis C. Slezak Funeral Home. Requiem High Mass will be sung in St. Jerome's Church by Rev. James Mckeever,Thursday,October 8,1953,at 9 a.m. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C. Slezak is the funeral director.
