Obituary

 

Wellington (Tinker) Baldwin Jr.,48,of 134 High St.,Fayette City,died suddenly Saturday,Nov.13,1976.  He was pronounced dead on arrival at Charleroi Divison of Mon Valley Hospital at 10:05 a.m.  He was born in Fayette City on Oct.7,1928,son of Wellington and Belle Paegert Baldwin Sr.of Port Orange,Fla.  Mr.Baldwin served in the U.S.Army during World War II.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Fayette City.  He was employed as a payroll supervisor for Raymond International of Hackensack,N.J.and the family was presently in the process of moving to Hackensack.  Surviving,in addition to his parents,are his widow,June Winters Baldwin,two sons,Richard and David,both at home,two daughters,Mrs.Neil (Vicki) Whiting of Fayette City and Janet,at home,and one sister,Mrs.Albert (Dana) Staub of Monroeville.   Friends are being received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,where services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.with the Rev.Frank Garlathy of the United Methodist Church of Fayette City officiating.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
